Hello everyone,

I just wanted to post a quick update that my twin boys were born on August 26th. Jackson Frederick, 5 pounds 5 ounces & Spencer James, 6 pounds 2 ounces. We are all doing great and I really appreciate all of the well wishes - it really means a lot!
