Job Description:
The staff writer will be responsible for writing on a wide variety of topics for all our magazines, but with a primary focus in women's interest subjects which will appear in our publications West Michigan Woman and fourpoints. Various writing styles necessary to fulfill feature, profile, and news formats.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Journalism degree, preferred
• 1-2 years writing experience
• Strong writing skills
• Self-motivated
• Highly organized
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Interested in working in a team environment

Account Executive

Full Time
Base salary, commission and benefits
Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close.

• Proactively develop customer relationships by demonstrating efforts to understand and uncover the client's needs.

• Generate revenue and grow client database. Prospect, qualify, solidify and maintain client relationships

• Create a course of action to accomplish sales goals by identifying and classifying both existing and potential account opportunities.

• Maintain a high level of activity by cold calling, networking, presenting at client meetings and attending various industry events.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills – verbal and written

• Assertive, goal oriented and self-motivated

• Proven track record of achieving established goals and expectations.

• Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and word under deadlines.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, CRM software, Internet applications and social networking.

• Must be able to travel up to 25%

MISSAOTfourpoints Magazine Receives Footprint Award at MAOTeen 2012

We are pleased to announce that fourpoints was the first recipient of the newly minted Footprints Award at the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant this month. Kim Parrish, President of MAOTeen, presented the award to Jennifer Reeves and Julie Anne Long at the Evening of Stars event during pageant week."We have enjoyed watching our relationship with fourpoints grow over the years," said Kim. "Whenever we go to fourpoints with an idea, they are ready and willing to help us make it happen."

In addition to sponsoring the tradeshow at the pageant, fourpoints presented at the Teens in Training Camp seminar.
