Miss America 2010 Makes Her Mark on Atlantic City!

Miss America 2010 Caressa Cameron was in Atlantic City this week to participate in the U.S. Tournament of Dance Competition for Miss Dance USA! Before she began her duties with U.S.T.D., she stopped by the Sheraton Hotel lobby where her winning gown is being displayed behind glass. Her gown joined the collection of Miss America memorabilia that is showcased at the Sheraton Atlantic City.

Caressa was whisked off to a meet and greet with young dancers and later to watch the preliminary rounds of the competition.

The next day, Caressa talked to the 12 Miss Dance finalists, coaching them on their interview skills. Her talk was followed by a question and answer session and a casual chat.

On Wednesday, Caressa met with the young girls who won the Bella Spectaculo Awards and had a luncheon with them and their mothers at Carmine's. After lunch, she judged a fashion contest for the Miss Dance Finalists and presented the Congeniality and Sportsmanship Award.

Caressa was thrilled to be back where the Miss America tradition began and enjoyed a taste of Atlantic City while capturing the hearts of the children who participated in the tournament.
