The rule never goes out of style, never offends anyone, and is recession-proof. We in the travel business are all selling the same product so the only thing that sets us apart is how we treat the client. At my company we always say “please” and “thank-you.” We send Welcome Home, Get Well, and Thinking of You cards as well as Sympathy cards. I honestly believe that my business continues to grow because I am courteous to my clients and thankful for their business.
